See All ReviewsI normally dont have an issues with this place, but today I ordered a burger ( which i had dont normally get from here) and didnt like the way it tasted. The seansoning was to much and it was dripping with greaae. I sent it back, not exchanged it for something else, just sent it back and still had to pay for a dish I didnt eat. Definitely did not leave happy
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Our family decided to try this place, but the experience was shocking from the moment we walked in. The restaurant wasn't busy, and we still waited quite a bit. What was a problem was the man at the front, who turned out to be the owner, loudly berating his staff in full view of customers. The level of unprofessionalism was unbelievable. When a table finally opened, they tried to squeeze our entire family including our older relatives into a tiny area awkwardly shoved on the ends. My husband politely asked a waitress who the person yelling was, and the owner himself chimed in, barking that we could either take the undersized table or get out. No effort to accommodate us, no courtesy, no basic respect. Just pure attitude, and flat out rude! We were absolutely stunned! This is the kind of behavior you’d expect from someone who has no interest in customer service or hospitality with anyone, anywhere. We walked out immediately, and based on the smell and appearance of the food we saw coming out, we’re honestly relieved we didn’t waste our money. Calling this “Italian food” would be generous and nothing looked remotely appetizing. The owner’s treatment of her employees and customers is absolutely unacceptable. I’ll be warning anyone who asks. Businesses do decline when leadership behaves this way, and this one will be no exception. Save your money, your time, and your sanity, go to an actual authentic Italian restaurant, not a hole in a wall pretending to be one.
My husband and I stopped in this evening and we really enjoyed our visit. The food came in large portions, was nicely presented, hot and tasted wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for better service. Our waitress was very attentive and polite. It was just a really nice atmosphere. We will be returning customers.
